General Questions & Answers

Q:What problem or niche are we solving?

A: Major buyers are in need of Jet fuels and other petroleum products. The acquisition process is simplified by developing personal relationships directly with the product suppliers. Our networks of Major buyers are on stand-by to purchase the entire supply we facilitate to purchase. Primaries (Members of OPEC) are restricted by OPEC, limiting the amount of product that can be sold on the open market. Secondary’s like this Joint Venture are able to purchase and sell products through specific unregulated channels. This is primarily Crude products regulated by OPEC. From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia: [OPEC's mandate is to "coordinate and unify the petroleum policies" of its members and to "ensure the stabilization of oil markets in order to secure an efficient, economic and regular supply of petroleum to consumers, a steady income to producers, and a fair return on capital for those investing in the petroleum industry." OPEC has thirteen members: Algeria, Angola, Ecuador, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Libya, Nigeria, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Venezuela. According to the United States Energy Information Administration (EIA), OPEC crude oil production is an important factor affecting global oil prices. OPEC sets production targets for its member nations and generally, when OPEC production targets are reduced, oil prices increase.]

Q: What is the solution?

A: Personal relationships - Friends network to find dependable sources of petroleum products, by reaching out to associates known to own or manage such resources. Personal associations of Business Associates are able to offer a new source of earning potential for investors that otherwise would not have had the opportunity to capitalize on the true earning potentials through the typical investment strategies or channels. Private sellers, private buyers and Independent Intermediaries can pay commissions. Publically traded companies are restricted from paying commissions, thus the reason for using private investors as the intermediary to purchase product and sell to our buyers thus completing the deal with our contracted buyers. Creating our own Private Network to capitalize on earnings, maximize returns and provide a platform of buyers that are willing to purchase as much product as can be supplied.

Q: What sets us apart from other commodities Trading Companies or Brokerages?

A: Trading Companies or Brokerages take any deal they can to turn a dollar. Our main focus is developing a chain of reliable sources for supplying Jet Fuel to major buyers.

Q: Why do the “Major” Buyers need us when there are million dollar brokerages that do this every day?

A: Million dollar brokerages grab low hanging fruit and move on. We are focused on long term supply. That is achieved through personal relationships.

Q: What will influence petroleum product suppliers to contract with us?

A: With our many years of experience we know where to go and who to negotiate with at the suppliers as well in JV agreement we allow for seller to also be part of our JV.

Q: What secures the Investors position to guarantee returns?

A: First, there is no way anyone can give a stone cold guarantee of returns. We have data supporting our projections of expected returns.

Q: How do the Majors End Buyers handle the reduction or stoppage of delivery of product when the contracted supplier cannot fulfill its contractual agreement, for any reason?

A: They sign another contract with new supplier while they resolve contractual issues of non-conformance of original contract.

Q: Who is a facilitator?

A: Anyone can be a facilitator. They are an individual that has the ability to bring two willing parties together to make a buy and sell deal.

Q: Why use a facilitator?

A: When Mandates or in house brokers are in need of supply and have not been able to fill the Exit / End Buyers orders, Facilitators are sought to gain advantages in obtaining sources not normally open to corporations.

Q: Why does a network not already exist to join buyers and sellers?

A: Networks are in existence, they are not publicized. We are capitalizing on this space where networks that have money to negotiate direct with sellers and then long term relationships with Major Purchasers are few and far between.

Q: How does the investor purchase and sell the product?

A: The investor has open invitation to travel with us along with investor lawyers and bankers as we negotiate the purchase agreements with our friends in Russia. Once we take delivery on first lift we Invoice one of our Major buyers and make delivery within two days of taking delivery from Supplier.

Q: How does and investor guarantee that the “Major” buyer will purchase within a 24 hour period of the investor purchasing from the supplier?

A: Our group has many of the Major purchaser’s long term relationships with standing open orders to be filled. This gives insurance that the Majors will purchase what we have to sell in a timely manner.

Q: What keeps the facilitator from being cut out of future transactions between the Buyer and Seller?

A: The Facilitator will have an NCNDA/Commercial Pay Order/Sub Fee Agreement for any deal they are involved with. The NCNDA is a 5 year agreement.

Q: Using solicited private funds for purchasing petroleum products, and does that violate SEC laws?

A: No violations. We facilitate through personal relationships to secure private funds. No public advertisement or commercial solicitation.

Q: How can I know who I am dealing with and what does the internet say?

A: Well you know as well we do that you can believe everything you read on the internet. Yea – Right! When you look up our companies, who we are, where we are at, what we have done….. Ask Us! We know for a fact that there are many web-sites with our personal or business names attached or contained and they are not us, nor do we have any affiliations with those web-sites. We do not co-own refineries, we do not produce 100’s of millions a year in revenues, we are not pilots with personal jets. The list goes on. JUST ASK US!
